Diversity and inclusion

We believe in treating people fairly with respect and dignity. We value diversity and aim to provide all staff or volunteers at the Charity with equal opportunities.

A diverse and inclusive workforce ensures a work culture where we can all bring our best selves to work. With this, we aim to deliver on our mission for nurses, doctors, researchers and supporting staff to provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments for cancer patients.

Our aim is to create a workforce which is representative of the people we exist to support, contributing to a more equitable, diverse and inclusive charitable sector.
